PLAYER ROSTERING INSTRUCTIONS
VERY IMPORTANT:
If you already have a NCASA account
Login with your USERNAME,
not your email.

If you have ever created an account in the NCASA registration system in the past,
PLEASE DO NOT create another account.
If you can't remember your USERNAME and/or PASSWORD or have any issues/questions

We will reset your USERNAME and/or PASSWORD.
Duplicate Accounts create problematic issues for players, leagues, tournaments and NCASA.

We recommend using a Laptop computer and accessing the rostering link with Google Chrome.
This system is NOT compatible with Safari.
A smartphone may be used, but photos must be cropped before uploading.
For NCASA Registered Players there is no fee required to add yourself to your team roster.
Any player that is NOT currently registered under their state association or USASA, and who does not have a current, valid player pass will be prompted to purchase a $30 Annual Pass during the rostering process. This Pass will get you free access to all USASA sanctioned tournaments across the entire United States (including the following tournaments) until 12/31/22.
USASA Adult Soccer Fest 11v11, Chattanooga TN, July 13 - 17
Queen City Cup 11v11, Charlotte NC, August 7 & 8
Beer City Cup 8v8, Asheville NC, September 3 & 4, Labor Day weekend
Celebrate the Tatas 8v8, Huntersville NC, October (weekend TBD) Women's tournament
Carolinas Cup 11v11, Winston-Salem NC, December 3 & 4
There is also a $15 Tournament Only Pass option for unregistered players, that are ONLY going to play in Beer City Cup and do not intend to play in any other USASA sanctioned tournaments this year. Link is below
If you are currently registered in another state or with USASA directly, you will also roster for free. Please email a picture or PDF of your pass to ncasa2@ncsoccer.org along with your team name (look below for all needed information). The NCASA office will add you to the team. Do not roster online.
CAPTAINS
When rostering, Captains will check the box for Head Coach under Choose Team Roles. If the Captain is also a player, they will also check the box for Player in addition to the box for Head Coach.
IMPORTANT: This will allow the Captain to log back in to view their roster and make edits until rosters are frozen on Sunday, May 28th at midnight.
PLAYERS
1. CURRENT NCASA REGISTERED PLAYERS: If you are currently playing in a NCASA sanctioned league, you can roster to your Beer City Cup team for free. You should log in with your User ID and Password. You will not need to upload a player pass. If you are currently playing in an NCASA league and the system does not recognize you, or if you need Username or Password assistance, please email ncasa2@ncsoccer.org.
Please do not create a duplicate account.

2. CURRENT OUT OF STATE REGISTERED PLAYERS or Nationally Registered USASA Players (example NPSL, WPSL, NISA) will roster without a fee. *please note that UPSL players will need to purchase an Annual or Tournament Only Pass to participate*

The NCASA office will send you a special link to input your information, upload your player pass, accept liability waivers and to roster.
PLEASE NOTE: Player passes MUST include player photo and expiration date beyond the last date of the tournament to be considered valid. If you have any issues, contact your league or state association directly to get a PDF of your player pass/credentials emailed to you, or purchase the NCASA Annual or Tournament Only Pass if that is simpler.
3. UNREGISTERED PLAYERS will be required to purchase the $30 Annual Pass or the $15 Tournament Only Pass.
Option 1 - purchase the $30 Annual Pass
(highly recommended if you will play in 2 or more USASA sanctioned tournaments before 12/31/22)
A) If you are not currently registered with a NCASA or USASA sanctioned team BUT have registered with NCASA in the past log in with your existing Username and Password. If you need assistance with your Username or Password please email ncasa2@ncsoccer.org. Please do not create a duplicate account. Once you log in your information will populate. You will be prompted to pay for the $30 Annual Pass at the end of the process.

B) If you have NEVER registered in the NCASA system in the past, you will CREATE an account.
Input your information and upload a PROPER player photo in the First Photo Box AND driver's license or other form of valid photo ID verifying your age in the Second Photo Box. You will be prompted to pay for the $30 Annual Pass at the end of the process.

Option 2 - Purchase the $15 Tournament Only - Single Event Pass
For players that are unregistered and will ONLY play in the Beer City Cup. Pick this if you do not intend to play in any other USASA sanctioned tournament this year.

A PROPER PLAYER PHOTO is a clear and in focus frontward facial headshot only. NO profile shots, NO full body pics, NO sunglasses and NO hats.
PHOTO UPLOAD and EDITING INSTRUCTIONS: To upload your photo click on the PHOTO ICON then click CHOOSE FILE. Then use the edit tools to crop your photo to a frontward facing headshot. Once you have your player photo edited click UPLOAD IMAGE.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to change or edit your photo after clicking UPLOAD IMAGE. If you have any issues with your photo upload or cropping, please contact ncasa2@ncsoccer.org.
IMPORTANT - If it is not a proper player picture, you will be removed from the roster.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROSTERING:
Start by clicking the REGISTRATION BUTTON at the top of this page.
Players who ALREADY have a NCASA account:
1) Log in with your existing NCASA Username & Password
2) Select your Team Name from the second drop down list on the left
3) Click Add Self to Team then go to STEP 4 below
Players who have NEVER had a NCASA account:
1) Create An Account ONLY if this is your FIRST time using the NCASA registration system.
(NOTE: passwords must have a MINIMUM of 8 characters, including one UPPER
case letter, one lower case letter and one special character)
2) Select your Team Name from the second drop down list on the left
3) Input your Information, click Save & Continue, then click Add Self to Team
4) For team role, check the Player Box.
If you are a captain, click the Head Coach Box.
If you are a player and a captain, click BOTH boxes.
5a) RETURNING PLAYERS information will populate, click the photo button and your player photo should appear, please upload any missing information including your photo ID (driver's license, passport or other government issued photo ID)
OR
5b) NEW PLAYERS will input any missing information and upload player photo (selfie/passport style) in the first photo box and driver's license or other form of ID to validate age in the second photo box - (refer to instructions for uploading your photo above)
6) Click Save at the bottom of the page
7) Next page click Continue, green button
8) Select the checkbox for all Waivers and click Agree & Continue
9) You are now on the Payment window.
10) RETURNING PLAYERS will have NOT have a fee due, just click No Payment Due, Continue.
11) NEW PLAYERS owing a fee (purchasing the $30 Annual Pass) choose your payment method and click Continue
12) Enter the payment information and click Continue
13) You will see a "Congratulations" letting you know that you have made it onto the roster.
